Terms and Conditions of Sales |
| - Buyer agrees that upon registration to bid he/she has seen and agrees to terms and conditions of the sale | |
| - Buyer also agrees that they have seen the item and if they are the high bidder are required to l pay for that item. The only rejection of the item will be if it was not represented properly. Do not assume that any electric, electronic or mechanical items work unless otherwise stated at the time of sale Look at ALL items before the sale and make your own determinations. | |
| - Everything must be paid in full on the day of the auction regardless of when it is picked up. | |
| - All sales are FINAL. You are responsible for your own items after making a purchase. | |
| - Payment Terms: Cash or Good New York State Check - Out of State Checks Require Prior Approval | |
| - Save your consignment/bidder Number as your purchases are listed in your name with that number. Do not give your number to anyone. You are responsible for ALL purchases made with this number. It is permanent on our records and will be used for all future purchases/sales. | |
| - All items consigned are accepted based on any owner's statement. Consignors agree that they understand the commission rates, minimums and other conditions posted for the sale. If the consignor has a minimum selling price they MUST be there at the time of sale and BID-IN the item, Otherwise the item will be sold to the highest bidder, regardless of the selling price. The Consignor has NO RECOURSE if it is sold for less than their minimum. | |
| - Consignor further agrees that any charges will be subtracted from their check. If there is not sufficient monies they will pay any balance due. These charges are, but not limited to, commissions, yardage, trucking, down animal fees and prior balances. | |
